About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual contributor to join Identt, a leader in the digital identity verification sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Polish market by actively acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Proactively acquire new customers in the Polish market.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business objectives.
Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate and convert sales leads.
Liaise with the tech team to provide customer feedback.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction at every stage of cooperation.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager/Board.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven track record, preferably in digital identity verification, SaaS, or related fields (e.g. user identification and authentication, KYC/KYB solutions, AML regulations, biometric systems, IAM solutions, security).
Strong knowledge of the Polish market and the ability to build strategic business relationships.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
