About the Role: We are looking for an experienced person for an independent accounting position to support us in managing the company’s finances and have a real impact on its development.

Responsibilities:

Full accounting for the company in close cooperation with the management board.
Recording documents in the financial and accounting system SYMFONIA.
Handling payments and settlements (including in foreign currencies).
Preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, CIT, JPK, PIT).
Performing financial statements (balance sheet, P&L), reports for GUS, tax office, ZUS, and banks, as well as additional analyses for the management board.
Participating in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Settling domestic and foreign business trips.
Settling and recording grants.
Cooperating with foreign affiliated entities.

Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with an SKwP certificate) in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (or as Deputy Chief Accountant).
Knowledge of the IT industry specifics (accounting of intangible assets).
Excellent knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, CIT) and accounting.
Practical experience in grant settlement.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Fluent Polish and very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
Accuracy, independence, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of SYMFONIA software and payroll settlement is a plus.
