About the Role: We are looking for an experienced person for an independent accounting position to support us in managing the company’s finances and have a real impact on its development.

Responsibilities:

  • Full accounting for the company in close cooperation with the management board.
  • Recording documents in the financial and accounting system SYMFONIA.
  • Handling payments and settlements (including in foreign currencies).
  • Preparing and submitting tax declarations (VAT, CIT, JPK, PIT).
  • Performing financial statements (balance sheet, P&L), reports for GUS, tax office, ZUS, and banks, as well as additional analyses for the management board.
  • Participating in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Settling domestic and foreign business trips.
  • Settling and recording grants.
  • Cooperating with foreign affiliated entities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with an SKwP certificate) in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (or as Deputy Chief Accountant).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry specifics (accounting of intangible assets).
  • Excellent knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, CIT) and accounting.
  • Practical experience in grant settlement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Fluent Polish and very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
  • Accuracy, independence, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SYMFONIA software and payroll settlement is a plus.
