Information on the processing of personal data Administrator [GDPR/RODO]

The administrator of your data processed as part of the recruitment process is IDENTT Sp. z o. o. ul. gen. Romualda Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław, Poland, (hereinafter: “Administrator”)

 

Data Protection Inspector

The Administrator has appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod@identt.pl and by correspondence at the following address: ul. gen. Romualda Traugutta 45, 50-416 Wrocław.

 

Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data, to the extent indicated in the provisions of labor law, will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment procedure, while other data, including contact details, will be processed on the basis of consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. The data administrator will process your personal data, also in subsequent recruitments, if you give your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. If the documents contain data referred to in art. 9 sec. 1 of the GDPR, your consent to their processing will be required, which may be withdrawn at any time.

 

Recipients of personal data

Estimated categories of data recipients: HR department employees and management staff, the Management Board of the Company deciding on employment, providers of recruitment services. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.

 

Data storage period

Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed. In the event of your consent to the use of personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be used for 12 months.

 

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
2. the right to rectify (correct) your personal data;
3. the right to limit the processing of personal data;
4. the right to delete personal data;
5. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

 

Information on the requirement to provide data

Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from Article 22 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing other data by you is voluntary.
